Bus / HGV Mechanics – Rate: £32.05 per hour Shifts: The shift pattern will be 7 early shifts, 3 days off. Then 7 late shifts with 4 days off. We're looking for a skilled Bus mechanics / HGV Mechanic to join our garage team. We welcome ex-military candidates and anyone who has left the trade and is considering a return to becoming a bus technician. You will have experience and level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Goods Vehicles maintenance. If you have level 2 only then we can still look at up-skilling with this vacancy. Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Keep the fleet running smoothly to support our essential services Level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance or above. Experience with servicing and maintaining Buses, HGVs, Trucks, or similar vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge, plus electrical experience is desirable.
