- Relocation to Jersey is essential
- You will be an accomplished and ambitious "head of sales" within a prestige business currently or with previous experience.
- You will have experience of developing and leading a team to sell new and used cars and after sales packages.
- Your CV will demonstrate clear loyalty, career stability, and a strong work ethic built at respected car brands.
- You must be in a position and ready to relocate to Jersey personally as it is remote from the UK and working hours will include weekends.

- Drive Commercial Growth: Lead from the front to maximise performance across New Cars, Used inventory, F&I, and value-added Aftersales packages.
- Inspire & Elevate the Team: Build, mentor, and motivate a top-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability, and sales excellence.
- Shape Strategy: Oversee stock acquisition, stock turn, and local marketing strategies tailored specifically to the unique island market.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the dealership network continues to set the benchmark for CSI, NPS.
