Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced
Regional Director / Regional Manager
from the
motor trade
to relocate to the Isle of Man and take full operational and strategic ownership of our island automotive business. Reporting directly to the Board, you will lead an extensive multi-brand motor trade portfolio—overseeing retail operations spanning
volume, premium, luxury/prestige franchises, and commercial vehicle divisions . This position requires
full-time relocation to the Isle of Man . Key Responsibilities Motor Trade P&L Leadership:
Take full commercial, balance sheet, and stock control responsibility across retail sales, luxury vehicles, commercial fleets, and aftersales operations. Multi-Brand & OEM Management:
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with regional OEM brand directors across multiple volume, luxury, and commercial vehicle franchises. Operational Leadership:
Mentor and manage a high-performing senior site management team across Sales, Aftersales, Commercial Fleet, Finance, and Support functions. Customer & Community Engagement:
Drive a customer-centric culture through disciplined CRM execution. Serve as a prominent, trusted business leader within the local island community. ESG & Governance:
Implement regional ESG priorities, manage risk, and maintain robust operational controls across all motor trade business units. What We're Looking For Motor Trade Management Experience:
Proven track record as a Regional Manager, Operations Director, or General Manager running multi-site motor trade groups or large multi-franchise dealerships. Multi-Brand Portfolio Knowledge:
Solid background managing
multi-brand operations , with specific experience across
luxury/prestige OEMs
as well as
commercial vehicle / LCV fleet
divisions. Relocation Readiness:
Fully willing and able to permanently relocate to the Isle of Man. Commercial Acumen:
Deep experience in P&L management, stock control, used car velocity, and aftersales performance. OEM Stakeholder Management:
