As a Senior Associate, you will take immediate conduct of an active caseload. The workload has high-value claimant-side litigation for senior executives, directors, and high-net-worth professionals across the financial, legal, and tech sectors as well as a high volume element of lower value claims.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contentious Litigation: Leading complex Employment Tribunal and High Court claims.
- Advocacy: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating crises, requiring sharp commercial judgment and strategy.
- Mentor & Fee-Earning Leadership: Working directly alongside Legal 500 "Leading Partners" to mentor, manage case strategy, and drive the firm's top-tier market standing.
About You:
- You are a trained and experienced Employment Solicitor or Barrister who thrives on strategic advocacy and dispute resolution.
- Experience: 5+ years PQE with a proven track record within a respected Legal 500 boutique or recognised national employment practice.
