Overview
Due to exceptional client demand we need to urgently boost the number Tactical Field Sales Executives (van sales). We engage on a sub-contractor basis providing flexibility for you to cover other responsibilities. We have campaigns waiting if you are an experienced, target driven salesperson who wants to achieve great results across your area. Flexforce manage regular and ad hoc distribution drives on behalf of our clientsβ well-known brands.
We can supply a van for each campaign, for business use, or pay an allowance for use of own reliable vehicle. This means you must have a current driving licence.
Drive stock is collected from an allocated wholesale depot and directly sold into independent retailers on each allocated territory. Cash handling is required therefore attention to detail and accurate record keeping are essential.
We allocate each Field Sales Executive a specific postcode region, with a current store list however we also allow pioneers for any little gems you may already know!
We will provide full information with regards each campaign up front, along with expected targets, timescales and reporting requirements. We will check in regularly to ensure you are fully supported and able to complete the campaign.
Responsibilities
- Operate as Tactical Field Sales Executive (van sales) on a sub-contractor basis
- Drive stock from a wholesale depot to independent retailers within the allocated postcode region
- Achieve campaign targets and report progress as required
- Handle cash transactions with accurate records and attention to detail
- Use supplied van for each campaign or receive an allowance for using your own reliable vehicle
- Review store lists and leverage local knowledge to optimize opportunities
- Engage with Flexforce and client brands to deliver agreed results
