Exceptional client demand means we’re urgently expanding our Tactical Field Sales team. flexforce is seeking experienced, target-driven Field Sales Professionals to support a range of exciting campaigns for well-known brands across allocated postcode regions.
The Opportunity
You’ll work on a sub-contractor basis, giving you flexibility to fit work around other commitments. We have both regular and ad-hoc campaigns available, with clear objectives, timescales, and earning potential. Each campaign is fully briefed in advance, and our team will check in regularly to support you through the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling allocated stock into independent retail outlets
- Collecting stock from an assigned wholesaler
- Managing cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining clear and accurate sales records
- Working a defined postcode territory, with freedom to develop new retail opportunities (“pioneering”)
- Meeting agreed sales targets and reporting requirements
- Reporting completed visits through our mobile app
Vehicles & Driving
A campaign van can be provided for business use or an allowance is available if you prefer to use your own reliable vehicle. A full, current UK driving licence is essential.

- Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
