Role Overview: As an Operations Manager , you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's continued growth by assisting in day-to-day operations and project coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating & Drafting Terms: Work on negotiating and drafting terms of business with suppliers and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Meeting Coordination: Organise and schedule off-site and on-site meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

- Degree-educated (2.1 Honours or above).
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and video conferencing tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
