We are seeking bright, enthusiastic Software Developers to join our growing team. Your current programming language or tech stack matters much less to us than your eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and tackle new challenges. Requirements of the Software Developer Role:

  • Maintaining and improving our core, established desktop applications.
  • Designing, innovating, and shaping the next generation of our product suite.
  • You will primarily work with C# and Delphi to write and maintain high-quality code.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience creating and developing desktop applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging low-level problems.
  • Experience with OOP languages (e.g., C++ or Delphi).
  • Experience with procedural languages (e.g., C or Pascal).
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly SVN.
  • Experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly UIs is a massive plus.

Benefits & Perks:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Flexible Working. While this is a remote-first role, with flexible schedule/core working hours, our UK-based team meets in person at our High Wycombe office a few times a month to collaborate, plan, design, and review company goals.
  • 20 days annual leave + standard UK Bank Holidays.
