An exciting opportunity for a talented graduate or experienced implementation or support engineering professional to join a market-leading, disruptive software company in London as an Implementation Engineer. Specialising in cutting-edge machine learning technology, this rapidly growing organisation offers excellent training, career progression, and long-term prospects.
You’ll have the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, gaining hands-on experience while supporting customers with the implementation of technology that is at the forefront of innovation. This role would ideally suit anyone with strong client-facing skills and strong technical acumen.
Location: Central London– 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Salary: Negotiable per annum + comprehensive benefits
Requirements for Implementation Engineer – Graduate Considered:
- A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM related discipline and at least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash beneficial
- You really care about the customer experience and have experience to prove this (can be from summer job, internship etc).
- A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong aptitude for picking up technologies
- Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
- Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- You are keen to work in a client-facing technical role (opposed to taking the R&D route)
- Must be available to start before end of March 2025, so may not be suitable for those who haven’t yet graduated
Responsibilities for Implementation Engineer:
- You will initially be fully trained on the machine learning platform to understand the intricacies of the product
- You will then act as the main point of contact and liaise with customers and internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
- Manage customer implementations and support issues
- Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team
- Give an excellent customer experience throughout the process
