A fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce Analyst & Administrator to join an established technology company that delivers secure software solutions to a global customer base. This role will see you take ownership of the Salesforce platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise processes, improve automation, and ensure the CRM environment continues to support both current and future business needs. You will play a key role in platform strategy, administration, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Location:<\/b> Leicestershire - public transport options from Leicester, Market Harborough and Rugby, but easier if you drive (Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)

Salary:<\/b> £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits

Requirements for Salesforce Analyst & Administrator:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Strong commercial experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Analyst roles
<\/span><\/li> - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect certifications, or similar
<\/li> - Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
<\/li> - Experience with Salesforce automation tools, workflows, data modelling and integrations
<\/li> - Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
<\/li> - Strong understanding of security models, user permissions and data management within Salesforce
<\/li> - Excellent troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
<\/li> - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non -technical stakeholders
<\/li> - Experience creating reports, dashboards and business insights from Salesforce data
<\/li> - Excellent documentation and organisational skills
<\/li> - Degree educated in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline is beneficial
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Responsibilities for Salesforce Analyst & Administrator:<\/b>
<\/div>- Administer, maintain and continuously improve the Salesforce platform
<\/span><\/li> - Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
<\/li> - Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles and security settings
<\/li> - Configure fields, objects, page layouts and workflows to support business processes
<\/li> - Develop and enhance automation using Salesforce tools and best practice methodologies
<\/li> - Support integration activities between Salesforce and other business systems
<\/li> - Establish and maintain governance, change management and release management processes
<\/li> - Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
<\/li> - Manage data quality, imports, audits and ongoing system maintenance
<\/li> - Provide user support, troubleshooting and training across the organisation
<\/li> - Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation
<\/li> - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
