A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Technical Specialist to join an incredibly exciting innovative technology company based in the Greater Cambridge area. Working within a growing technical deployment team, you will support customers with the rollout and implementation of advanced technology solutions across a wide range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a very bright graduate who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working directly with customers, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge products and real-world deployments from day one.
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex / Greater Cambridge area with travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally where required
Salary: Upwards of £30,000+ per annum depending on experience and qualifications + benefits
Requirements for Graduate Technical Specialist
- This company values a top academic background so you should have achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
- Achieved at least AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work with external customers and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
- Must be eligible to qualify for UK security clearance due to the nature of some customer projects
Responsibilities for Graduate Technical Specialist
- Support customer deployments from initial planning through to rollout and post-deployment support
- Understand customer requirements and advise on deployment strategies and use cases
- Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Work across multiple concurrent customer projects
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams
- Learn new technologies and systems to support a broad range of customer environments
- Travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally where required
