A fantastic opportunity for an experienced SaaS Implementation Specialist to join a rapidly scaling AI software company that is transforming how global organisations manage complex workflows, processes and documentation. Following significant investment and continued international growth, the company is expanding its implementation function and is looking for an experienced professional to manage multiple enterprise customer implementations. You will work closely with customers from initial discovery and configuration through to training and successful adoption, translating complex requirements into effective and scalable software solutions.
Location: London, 3 days a week on-site
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + comprehensive benefits
Requirements for SaaS Implementation Specialist:
- Strong commercial experience working in SaaS implementation, software implementation, technical onboarding, professional services or a closely related customer-facing delivery role
- Exceptional academic background, with a 2.1 or 1st class degree from a leading international university and at least AAB at A Level
- Experience managing multiple customer implementations or onboarding projects concurrently
- Strong experience gathering customer requirements through discovery and scoping sessions and translating these into effective software configurations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, milestones, dependencies and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering customer training and explaining complex software functionality clearly
- Confidence working directly with enterprise customers and advising them on implementation best practices
- Ability to understand individual customer requirements while recommending scalable solutions that avoid unnecessary complexity
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify implementation risks, dependencies and potential issues early
- Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications, and you should be confident writing prompts to use modern AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities for SaaS Implementation Specialist:
- Take ownership of customer implementations from initial handover through to successful adoption and independent use of the platform
- Lead customer discovery and scoping sessions to understand business objectives, existing processes, workflows, user requirements and implementation priorities
- Translate customer requirements into clear and scalable platform configurations using established implementation standards and best practices
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent implementations against agreed timelines, milestones and delivery objectives
- Maintain accurate implementation plans, customer records and handover documentation
- Work closely with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation and handover process
- Deliver platform training to customer user groups, adapting your approach for different roles and levels of technical confidence
- Clearly explain platform functionality, configuration options, limitations and technical considerations to customers
- Guide customers towards implementation best practices and recommend solutions that deliver long-term value without creating unnecessary complexity
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies and gaps early, providing clear recommendations for resolution
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the AI platform, its configuration options and its application across complex enterprise workflows
- Contribute to the continued development and improvement of implementation processes, standards and best practices
