Integration & Support Developer
A fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled Integration & Support Developer to join a growing software company providing innovative solutions to major institutions worldwide. With an expanding client base across the UK and overseas, this is an exciting time to join the team in a role that blends integration development with 3rd line support.
Location: Shropshire (hybrid β 1β2 days per week in the office, remainder remote)
Requirements for Integration & Support Developer
- Strong commercial experience with SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integrations (REST/JSON)
- Commercial experience with C#, Angular and Razor
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (student records, finance, access control, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or a related discipline is highly desirable
Responsibilities for Integration & Support Developer
- Design, develop and maintain integrations, imports and exports between core systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Provide 3rd line support, including root cause analysis, bug fixing and performance tuning
- Contribute to the ongoing integration strategy and tooling improvements
- Support client onboarding and feature rollouts
- Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Participate in a support rota covering UK and CST hours
