Location: 4 days remote, 1 day in-office at Histon, Cambridge (Mondays are mandatory) Salary: Negotiable with market-leading uncapped commission scheme Requirements for Business Development Manager Proven experience in sales Success in phone-based sales A confident, outgoing personality and self-starting attitude, with the drive to work independently and achieve results in a remote work environment Excellent communication skillswhether drafting compelling emails, creating engaging marketing posts, or speaking confidently over the phone and in person Knowledge of technical terminology is a plus Responsibilities for Business Development Manager We’re looking for someone to help spread the word about RedTech and secure new business. Day-to-day, youll engage with potential clients through various channels.
