A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Technology Consultant to join an incredibly exciting, innovative technology company based in the Greater Cambridge area. Working within a growing technical deployment team, you will support customers with the rollout and implementation of advanced technology solutions across a wide range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a very bright graduate who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working directly with customers, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge products and real-world deployments from day one.

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex / Greater Cambridge area, with travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally where required

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications + benefits

Requirements for Graduate Technology Consultant:

  • This company values a top academic background, so you should have achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
  • Achieved at least AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work with external customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
  • Must be eligible to qualify for UK security clearance due to the nature of some customer projects

Responsibilities for Graduate Technology Consultant:

  • Support customer deployments from initial planning through to rollout and post-deployment support
  • Understand customer requirements and advise on deployment strategies and use cases
  • Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Work across multiple concurrent customer projects
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams
  • Learn new technologies and systems to support a broad range of customer environments
  • Travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally where required
