Location: Cambridge, UK – hybrid working
Salary: Circa £45,000 for a graduate – more for experience + equity in the business
Requirements for Graduate Software Developer
* 1st class honours or high 2.1 degree from a top university in Computer Science or a subject with high Computer Science content
* Minimum of AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
* Must be able to code competently in any main language i.e. C++ / Java / Python / JavaScript or C# – but with a keen willingness to learn new languages
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Absolute willingness to learn, with a proactive nature in asking questions to expand the knowledge base
* Natural ability to quickly pick up and learn new technologies
* Any experience in Golang, Docker, CI/CD or Kotlin would be beneficial
* Ideally, you’ll have a GitHub and/or examples of personal programming projects
