The Role
We are looking for a Communications Engineer well-versed in SDR design and DSP algorithms for a cost-optimised distributed RDF system project. Knowledge and experience of the following is highly desirable:
- High dynamic-range broadband radio receiver design
- SDR and hybrid analogue/SDR design
- DSP (including FPGA) devices and algorithms
- Signal search and identification
- Radio noise and interference
The Candidate
- Deep familiarity with both analogue and DSP aspects of receiver design
- Minimum 10 years' experience in RF, DSP, and communications design
- Fluency and currency in at least one DSP methodology or language
- Degree or HND in a relevant engineering discipline
