Role Description
This is an initially part-time remote role for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The Fractional CTO will oversee the technology strategy, lead the development and execution of innovative technical solutions, and manage the alignment of technical resources with business goals. Responsibilities include guiding the engineering team, ensuring high-quality implementation, monitoring website performance, driving innovation using AI-driven tools, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful web platforms. The Fractional CTO will also be responsible for maintaining systems security and scalability, developing long-term technical plans, and staying ahead of emerging industry trends. The individual in this position must have a demonstrated history of working in high-growth startups and experience of managing investor scrutiny during fundraising stages, predominantly at pre-seed/seed stage.

- Proficiency in Technical Leadership and Strategic Planning, with a history of guiding teams to deliver robust technical solutions
- Strong expertise in Website Development, Software Development, and Product Management
- Deep knowledge of CRM Integration, Automation Tools, and AI technologies
- Experience in System Optimization, Security Implementation, and Scalability Solutions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within tech-driven projects
