Redstone Commodity Search are working with an established international financial services company looking for someone experienced in the European gas, power, and carbon sector to join their relationship management team in their London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and maintain a pre-existing portfolio of clients in the gas/power/carbon clearing market, cross selling services as appropriate with a client needs focused approach
 - Responsible for complete management of client portfolio ensuring pricing and revenues meet internal expectation
 - Support sales and clearing teams to ensure successful new business and client retention initiatives
 - Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and codes of conduct and report breaches as necessary as well as helping formulate risk management process and escalating risk events immediately.
 - Reports to Head of Senior Relationship Management
 
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management as well as 5 years minimum experience in Execution and Clearing in financial markets, with a strong knowledge of risk and compliance in the sector
 - Excellent knowledge of the landscape of the European Gas/Power/Carbon markets
 - Must be personable, well‑organised, proactive, and collaborative in their approach to working
 - Must have an excellent ability to communicate and negotiate (written and spoken English, other languages a bonus)
 - Role to be based in London
