Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global soft and agricultural commodity trading house looking to hire a Senior Compliance Manager to be based in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with European and international regulations governing derivatives, transaction reporting, and OTC trading.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting processes and act as a point of contact for interactions with regulators and trading venues.
  • Maintain and develop internal policies relating to financial crime, sanctions, bribery/corruption, data protection, and ethical conduct.
  • Lead global compliance initiatives, including whistleblowing frameworks, investigations, and remediation procedures.
  • Deliver targeted compliance training, support policy development, and report to senior legal and governance teams.
  • Reports into General Counsel

Required Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance or legal roles, with at least 4 years in-house within trading, financial services, or a regulated environment.
  • Legally qualified (any jurisdiction) with strong technical understanding of derivatives and related regulatory regimes.
  • Practical knowledge of financial crime compliance, data protection regulations, and cross-border legal obligations.
  • Experienced working across jurisdictions and within complex, decentralised organisational structures.
  • Skilled in drafting policies, managing audits, and engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
