Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a leading Investment Management Firm that has opened a pure trading house in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute trades in equities, bonds, structured products, and funds on a matched principal basis.
  • Conduct transactions with approved clients and counterparties in full compliance with FCA and Company rules.
  • Develop and maintain trading relationships with professional clients and counterparties, subject to management approval.
  • Assist in onboarding and KYC of new counterparties.
  • Report daily trading activity and P&L to the Head of Trading and Senior Management.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to trading and business development.
  • Adhere to all internal and regulatory conduct standards, including SM&CR and COCON.
  • Participate in required compliance and professional development programs.
Key Qualifications / Experience:
  • Proven experience in a sell-side trading role, with a pipeline/transferable clientele.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive and ability to attract new business.
  • Role is to be client-facing and growth-oriented within an independent advisory framework.
  • Technical experience (Bloomberg, Excel, Reuters).
