Redstone Commodity Search are working with a growing coffee trading house to hire a coffee trader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Execute physical coffee trading activities across African origins
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exporters, and customers
  • Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximise profitability
  • Monitor market trends, price movements, and supply and demand dynamics to support trading decisions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, finance, operations, and risk management
Key Qualifications / Experience
  • Proven experience trading green coffee, with a strong focus on African origins, especially Uganda.
  • Good understanding of coffee quality, logistics, contracts, and market fundamentals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work across international markets.
  • Located or willing to relocate to London.
