Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a leading Investment Management Firm that has opened a pure trading house in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute trades in equities, bonds, structured products, and funds on a matched principal basis.
- Conduct transactions with approved clients and counterparties in full compliance with FCA and Company rules.
- Develop and maintain trading relationships with professional clients and counterparties, subject to management approval.
- Assist in onboarding and KYC of new counterparties.
- Report daily trading activity and P&L to the Head of Trading and Senior Management.
- Support strategic initiatives related to trading and business development.
- Adhere to all internal and regulatory conduct standards, including SM&CR and COCON.
- Participate in required compliance and professional development programs.
- Proven experience in a sell-side trading role, with a pipeline/transferable clientele.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive and ability to attract new business.
- Role is to be client-facing and growth-oriented within an independent advisory framework.
- Technical experience (Bloomberg, Excel, Reuters).
