Redstone Commodity Search are working with a well-established industrial metal supplier looking to hire an exotic metals scrap trader to join their team
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and execute trading strategies for Nickel, Cobalt, and binary alloys across key industries within the Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Medical and Industrial Gas Turbine/Power space.
- Grow and manage a robust customer and supplier network to expand market reach.
- Monitor metal commodity markets to guide informed trading decisions and risk management.
- Role reports to Head of refined metals
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5* years proven experience trading Nickel, Cobalt, and binary alloys, preferably within Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Medical, or Industrial Gas Turbine sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business development and expanding customer and supplier bases.
- Strong knowledge of metal commodity markets and pricing dynamics.
- The main office is located in the UK, with flexibility for this role to be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis.
