Key Responsibilities / Tasks- Execute physical coffee trading activities across African origins.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exporters, and customers.
- Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximise profitability.
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and supply and demand dynamics to support trading decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, finance, operations, and risk management.
- Proven experience trading green coffee, with a strong focus on African origins, especially Uganda.
- Good understanding of coffee quality, logistics, contracts, and market fundamentals.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work across international markets.
- Located or willing to relocate to London.
