  • London, UK Remote Contract Strategy Job
  • Overview

This role focuses on identifying where AI genuinely improves leverage and where it simply adds noise.

You will help clients and the internal team build sharper workflows, not louder demos.

We are looking for pragmatic judgment, not trend-chasing.

The work should reduce friction, improve clarity, and create durable operating value.

The role

You will map workflows, identify repeatable points of leverage, and define solutions that integrate with existing operating reality.

The work spans prompt systems, content operations, internal tooling, and client-facing workflow design.

You should be able to separate what belongs in a real workflow from what only looks persuasive in a demo environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define implementation plans for internal and client-facing AI workflows.
  • Translate strategy into process, tooling, and governance recommendations.
  • Work with engineering and leadership to scope high-value experiments.
  • Document recommendations clearly enough that downstream execution is realistic.
  • Help establish practical standards around quality control, review, and failure modes.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of workflow design and operational reality.
  • Ability to distinguish useful automation from novelty.
  • Comfort writing clear recommendations and implementation briefs.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content or operational tooling.
  • Comfort talking to both executives and implementers without changing the substance of the recommendation.
  • Ability to reason clearly about risk, judgment, and process change.
  • Why Redstart
  • Project-based flexibility with meaningful strategic scope.
  • Direct access to leadership and implementation teams.
  • Opportunity to shape how AI is used responsibly inside the company.
  • Meaningful influence over how the business integrates AI into real delivery work.
