We’re looking for a hands-on People Integration & Onboarding Manager to support the delivery of people integration following acquisitions. This role exists to provide practical execution ownership within a small People team during a period of high acquisition activity. It’s a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail while owning outcomes.
Purpose of the role
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of people onboarding and integration activity for employees joining the Group via acquisition. This includes ensuring employees are set up accurately, supported through transition, and integrated into Redsquid’s systems, culture and ways of working. Strategic people integration ownership and long-term HR relationships sit with the People leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding delivery for employees joining via acquisition, from pre-start through early employment.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure accurate employee setup, including HRIS (HiBob), data integrity, onboarding documentation and Right to Work compliance.
- Lead structured onboarding and transition 1-to-1 conversations with all acquired employees.
- Support cultural alignment by helping employees understand Redsquid’s values, behaviours and ways of working in practice.
- Proactively identify people risks, engagement issues or cultural misalignment, escalating appropriately.
- Produce a clear integration insight and risk report, highlighting themes, early red flags and recommendations.
About you
- Experience delivering onboarding, HR operations or people integration in fast-paced or change-heavy environments.
- Comfortable taking ownership and being hands-on with systems, delivery and employee conversations.
- Confident running multiple 1-to-1s, including sensitive or ambiguous discussions.
- Pragmatic, organised and delivery-focused, with good judgement around escalation and boundaries.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the integration process.
