About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on recruiter to own hiring delivery across Redsquid. This is a high ownership role, managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales and commercial roles, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and building talent pipelines. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, driving recruitment activity yourself, and playing a key role in building our internal capability and pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment across tech, sales and business roles
- Delivering direct sourcing and outreach, identifying and engaging passive talent
- Using LinkedIn and job boards (Indeed, Totaljobs) to support pipeline development
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles
- Working closely with hiring managers to keep hiring moving at pace
- Managing candidates through the full process to offer and onboarding
- Championing our EVP and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Track and report on hiring metrics and pipeline health
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering hires end-to-end
- Experience of direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Able to manage multiple roles independently
- Comfortable in a hands-on, delivery-focused role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
