The UC Growth Specialist is a key strategic role at Redsquid, driving the expansion and enhancement of our Unified Communications offering as we embark on an exciting growth journey. Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will ensure seamless integration of UC solutions into newly acquired businesses, deliver an outstanding UC experience for our customers, and spearhead initiatives to grow our UC customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Integration and Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate UC solutions into newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with Redsquid's standards and objectives. Analyze and assess existing UC infrastructure and processes within acquisitions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Serve as the UC expert, ensuring a superior experience for customers transitioning to or adopting our solutions. Act as the main point of contact for UC-related queries and provide tailored solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Growth and Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to grow Redsquid's UC customer base, leveraging both existing and new business opportunities.
