12-month FTC | Full-time | £55,000–£65,000

Reporting to: CPO

Role purpose

This role supports the delivery of people integration across acquisitions. Working closely with the CPO, you execute integration plans, partnering newly acquired teams through onboarding, cultural alignment and transition into Redsquid’s systems and ways of working. You manage delivery across integration activity, ensuring a smooth employee experience, strong engagement, and effective alignment of people, leadership and culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support and manage delivery of people integration activity across acquisitions in line with CPO-led plans
  • Deliver contract alignment, policy harmonisation and employment changes
  • Implement integration across HRIS, payroll, benefits and systems with Finance, IT and Payroll
  • Prepare and deliver integration communications and documentation
  • Manage onboarding for employees joining via acquisition, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition
  • Deliver structured integration 1-to-1s and act as a point of contact during transition
  • Embed Redsquid’s systems, processes and ways of working across acquired teams
  • Support cultural integration, embedding Redsquid’s values, behaviours and expectations
  • Drive engagement through surveys, feedback and follow-up actions
  • Identify and escalate cultural or engagement risks early
  • Support leaders through transition and alignment to Redsquid standards
  • Provide practical guidance on team structure, performance and change
  • Support talent identification, retention and succession planning within acquired teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Manage multiple integration workstreams, tracking progress, risks and actions
  • Provide regular updates and insight to the CPO
  • Support handover of relationships and activity back to the core People team post-integration
  • Capture lessons learned to strengthen future integration approach and playbooks

About you

  • Strong HR Business Partner experience with exposure to M&A or integration
  • Experience supporting onboarding, cultural integration and organisational change
  • Confident working with leaders in fast-paced, multi-site environments
  • Strong judgement, organisation and delivery focus
  • Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable operating within clear frameworks

Location: Borehamwood + UK/Scotland travel
