Joining a dynamic HR team, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations while working closely with the Chief People Officer and the wider HR team. This role is handsâon and varied, covering everything from employee relations and talent acquisition to employee engagement and wellbeing, learning & development, and compliance. You will help ensure our people strategy is embedded across the Group and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience.
Location: Scotland â Glasgow
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to extend)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily HR Operations: Provide responsive, practical HR support to employees and managers across the Group.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Talent Management: Support performance reviews, career development initiatives, and succession planning. Contribute to programmes that foster a positive, inclusive, and healthy workplace culture.
- Employee Relations: Handle ER cases professionally, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring adherence to UK employment law and best practice.
- HR Projects: Assist with HR initiatives such as engagement programmes, process improvements, and policy development.
- HR Reporting: Prepare accurate HR metrics and insights to inform decisionâmaking.
- HR Systems: Confidently manage data and workflows in HiBob HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Change Management: Support the people side of the M&A activities, people integration across the Group.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist role within a fastâpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficient user of HiBob HRIS and other HR systems.
- Experience in recruitment, talent management and employee engagement.
- Skilled in handling ER cases and providing practical HR advice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred.
