We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in 1st/2nd line IT support services, with experience in the education sector. This mobile role will entail carrying out weekly scheduled on-site maintenance visits to a range of schools and remotely respond to any relevant tickets raised via our service desk. You will be supported by an experienced team with opportunities to develop, learn and progress both technically and personally.

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management, installation, maintenance, and security of the school’s ICT network, encompassing both curriculum and administrative systems. This includes overseeing all hardware and software infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to shape the school’s IT strategy, plan and deliver projects, and drive improvements. Your role is critical in maintaining a secure, stable, and optimized ICT environment that supports high-quality teaching and learning.
