The Head of Sales is a pivotal leadership role at Redsquid, responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping commercial strategy, and creating and leading a high‑performing sales team.

About The Job Permanent, Full‑time Monday to

Friday: 37.5 hours per week Develop and strengthen client relationships through regular engagement, identify opportunities for growth, and oversee the creation of tailored digital roadmaps and QBRs to increase recurring revenue, project work, and strategic partnerships.

The role is also responsible for enhancing overall commercial performance in the region by embedding scalable sales practices and supporting business development initiatives.

A key part of the remit involves shaping deal structures, pricing strategies, and ensuring all commercial practices are clearly documented, communicated, and aligned with operational and sales objectives—as well as broader company policies.
