The Position
We are inviting applications for a SHEP Operative at our SecAnim Ltd, Widnes site. This is a full-time, permanent role involving 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern (including days and nights). As a SHEP Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety Regulations.
- Controlling and operating plant and equipment efficiently and safely to meet quality standards.
- Reporting and investigating deviations from normal operation and handling basic production issues.
- Completing necessary paperwork.
The Person
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work carefully and methodically, maintaining focus during repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Self-motivated with good teamworking skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing operative role is advantageous, but training will be provided if needed.
