The Role
- Coordinate customer declarations and ensure all incoming food waste is correctly logged and traceable.
- Communicate with customers to gather essential documentation for compliance.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in line with ISCC requirements.
- Support internal teams (supply chain, operations, compliance) with data and reporting.
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure that all evidence is ready and compliant.
- Help drive continuous improvement in our sustainability and traceability processes.
