We are looking for an SAM/JAD level individual to come and join our agency at a very exciting period of growth and development for the agency. The immediate focus will be working across various food, drink & lifestyle clients, with activity ranging from Social, Influencer, Digital, Sampling & experiential and PR (consumer and trade). You will be involved in development and amplification of campaign ideas across paid, owned media and earned channels. You will be supported by a team comprising MD, Performance Director, Head of PR, Senior Account Manager, Account Executive, and a full creative team.
You will need to be a team player with good consumer experience gained in an integrated or digital/social agency environment working with blue chip clients. You will be comfortable managing numerous tasks, working to tight deadlines and managing junior team members. This is an energetic boutique creative, social (organic and paid), PR and influencer agency, formed in 2004, and based in London Bridge.

What the role requires:
- 5+ years’ experience in an integrated, digital, social role (most likely agency side). Experience in B2C food & drink would be an advantage.
- Solid experience in campaign planning, strategy, insights, ideation, budgets, delivery, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of social channels, especially Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Knowledge and regular updating of social trends and industry news.
- Day to day lead client contact so needs strong client management and communication.
- Experience and strong organisation skills to manage campaigns from start to finish, delegating and managing to junior team members.
- Some experience of planning and running influencer programmes.
- Be confident in defining KPIs and measuring campaign performance and demonstrating results to clients.
- Financial planning and forecasting alongside senior staff members. Overseeing and activating billing and client requests.
