Motion Graphic Designer

Motion Designer – £40-£45k (UK ONLY)

Looking for a mid-weight motion designer for a great independent agency based in central London to work across a great client portfolio.

Key Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).

• Experience with animation and motion design work.

• Strong design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory.

• Basic knowledge of design principles and best practices.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges to grow as a designer.

• Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the design and execution of award winning case studies

– Cut pitch films for upcoming new business pitches.

– Assist in the design and execution of various marketing and branding materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and digital assets.

– Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives.

– Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high- quality design work.

– Adapt to brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across different materials and platforms.

– Take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve design outcomes.

– Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the agency's design capabilities.
