Looking for a Mid-Weight Designer who has experience working across Social and Events. Core to the role:

  • Being an active contributor across the full scope of the event design process: from research to idea concepting, to design development and artworking. This could be for both live events, pitch work and internal work.
  • Responding to briefs with considered creative concepts which you bring to life through quick mood, AI generated, sketch and art direction.
  • Developing designs that reflect customer and visitor journeys, understanding hierarchy of messaging, wayfinding, and a basic UX understanding.
  • Understanding time, engagement and space as the main drivers for successful experiential design.
  • Ability to use Photoshop to enhance and touch up renders or site photos, for example adding people/graphics and lighting effects.
  • A passion for exploring new materials and techniques to deliver design results through sustainable goals, especially in offline print processes.
  • Delivering innovative, fun and well-executed design work that pushes boundaries within our clients’ brand guidelines and allows you to flex your creative skills.
  • Producing high quality work that not only meets the brief but takes it to new heights where possible.
  • Being proud of your work and representing the company by producing first class content.
  • Living and breathing the client and internal guidelines ensuring all output meets deadlines, budgets and briefs.

GENERAL

  • Demonstrating the ability to accurately follow creative processes whilst suggesting new and innovative ways to enhance them.
  • Showing consistency in delivery, being satisfied with delivering designs you’re proud of.
  • Ensuring all project documentation is up to date and used effectively and file versions are filed efficiently.
  • Day to day management of workload across a broad range of projects and deadlines, able to work on numerous projects simultaneously, ensuring standards are maintained at all times and helping to make timescales clear.
  • Building strong relationships within the wider team through regular and clear communication and a collaborative approach to work, being able to explain design concepts to non-designers.
  • Other duties/tasks within your skill set as and when required.
