An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join this well established manufacturer of electronic products for a range of industries.

Reporting into the Group HR Director, your role will be of a generalist nature supporting the strategic direction of the people agenda while ensuring excellence across all HR processes. This is a hands on transactional role. You will lead change management programmes including cultural transformation and workforce planning.

With a background in generalist HR, you will be minimum qualified to CIPD Level 5 and ideally will have worked within a manufacturing environment previously.

Salary to £45,000 depending upon experience
