THE ROLE Based at this modern plant on the Leicester/Coventry border, it is easliy accesible from the Rugby, Tamworth, Leicester and Coventry areas. The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to manage a team of upto 5 technicians to ensure daily maintenance targets are met. Responsibilities include: * Maintenance planning (TPM/PPM) * Supervision * Workload management * Health and Safety * OEE Improvements * Maintenance Support THE PERSON In order to succeed in the role of Maintenance Supervisor you will need to have a mechanical or electrical background (Ideally multiskilled), as well as strong maintenance planning skills. Ideally you will have excellent people skills, with experience in either a senior maintenance role, Maintenance Team Leader, Manager etc. Any manufacturing or production background would be ideal.
