An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor to join this leading UK manufacturing company based in Hinckley.

THE ROLE

Based at this modern plant on the Leicester/Coventry border, it is easily accessible from the Rugby, Tamworth, Leicester and Coventry areas. The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to manage a team of up to 5 technicians to ensure daily maintenance targets are met.

THE PERSON

In order to succeed in the role of Maintenance Supervisor you will need to have a mechanical or electrical background (Ideally multiskilled), as well as strong maintenance planning skills. Ideally you will have excellent people skills, with experience in either a senior maintenance role, Maintenance Team Leader, Manager etc. Any manufacturing or production background would be ideal.
