Recruitment Coordinator

Overview

This is a key role within the company and is a hybrid between recruitment and administration/office management. First and foremost, you will be responsible for coordinating the hiring process for all new starters from beginning to end, screening and candidate management, scheduling appointments and initiating onboarding for all successful starters.

Other aspects of the role will involve the smooth running of the company in finance and general office management as well as supporting the Managing Director as required.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Managing Director to implement talent acquisition policies and processes ·

  • Build effective relationships with the Managing Director and all coaching Brand Ambassadors to understand their resourcing requirements ·
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for current and potential employees and self-employed appointees ·
  • Write and post job advertisements on career websites, job boards and social media ·
  • Source candidates by using CV databases, social media and any other available platforms or sources ·
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ·
  • Continually strive to improve the level of service provided by the resourcing team to all stakeholders from the Managing Director to the candidates and the suppliers ·
  • Evaluate and screen applications and conduct phone, Zoom or face-to-face interviews as requested ·
  • Preparing regular metrics and reports as requested by head of Talent and/or Managing Director ·
  • Assisting with the management of recruitment suppliers ·
  • Preparing and posting communications for social media, internal communication and other digital platforms when required ·
  • Optimising the use of the ATS and all recruiting technology used ·
  • Organise the recruitment process for graduates and school leavers by attending open days and careers fairs when required ·
  • Prepare any offer or new start paperwork and organise induction and onboarding sessions ·
  • Stay aware of best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing ·
  • Ensure that resourcing is seen as a successful and productive team within the business and wider organisation ·
  • Tracking of sales done by Brand Ambassadors and arrange correct payment of services
  • Processing of expenses for the bookkeeper ·
  • Management of offces needs including stock and stationary control ·
  • Personal Assistant support where the Managing Director requires

Reward Summary

  • Salary and terms: £25k-30k basic (£30-35k+ OTE)
  • Annual paid holiday of 28 days a year including bank holidays

Basic Terms and Conditions

  • Hours – 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday (Some weekend attendance would be required for some meetings and conferences)
  • Travel – Travel would be required for open days and careers fairs, meetings and conferences as well as support for other businesses
  • Probation Period – 3 Months from start date
