What You’ll Be Doing:

• Representing charity campaigns at events, retail spaces, and public pop-up sites
• Engaging with members of the public, answering questions, and promoting offers
• Generating leads and securing sign-ups or donations through face-to-face sales
• Driving customer engagement and increasing campaign visibility
• Learning proven sales and communication techniques through hands-on coaching
• Working collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality
• Comfortable with direct, face-to-face customer interaction and sales conversations
• Eager to learn and grow within a high-performance environment
• Background in sports, performing arts, or team-based settings is a bonus
• No previous experience needed—just a strong work ethic and positive attitude
