Location: Hybrid (Office based in Cirencester)

Pay: Up to 75K base Salary X 2 (£150K OTE)

Model: 2-3 times a week in the office

Role Overview: Our client, a leading player in providing cybersecurity services and solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their exciting team. This client is absolutely smashing it right now, works with the most disruptive and advanced solutions in the market, and has a fantastic culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales from lead generation to deal closure, including proposals and technical coordination.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on value propositions and strategies.
  • Connect with public and private sector clients, understanding their needs and decision processes.
  • Articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Present confidently and build strong relationships.
  • Strong written communication, especially in proposals.
  • Juggle multiple projects and pitches, setting up new sales processes as needed.
  • Present technical products with clarity and assurance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Independently prospect to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Use sales methodologies to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis.
  • Keep detailed CRM records and enhance forecasting capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years in sales, ideally in Cyber Security.
  • Skilled in selling to public and private sectors.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with deals of £100k+.
  • Comfortable with extended sales processes.
  • Always seeking new business opportunities.
  • Clear strategy for winning enterprise-level business.
  • MEDDIC/MEDDPICC training is a plus.
