We are looking for a friendly, motivated and adaptable Assistant Site Manager to join our Education team at Reds10, working on a project in Sutton, South London.

Responsibilities
- To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and to ensure quality control checks are carried out.
- To assist with the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10 construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project.
- Assist with managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Assist with sample and control panels and quality control procedures and ensure they are followed at all times.
- Identify potential issues before they arise and flag to the Site Manager.
- Keep your direct team motivated and focused.
- Use BIM models for information, discussing the model with the team to inform consequent execution of work.
Qualifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS – Essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail, numerically literate and able to multi-task
