Reds10 is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our London team. If you thrive on delivering high-quality projects, enjoy leading multi-disciplinary teams, and want to play a key role in shaping innovative construction solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from inception through to completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you’ll drive seamless project delivery while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and commercially successful outcomes. The role is primarily based at our London HQ, with travel to project sites, our manufacturing facility, and client locations across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage and coordinate internal teams including design, commercial, production, site operations, and aftercare
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Oversee project budgets, contracts, and cost control to deliver target profit margins
- Proactively identify and manage risks, opportunities, and change control
- Guide projects through planning applications and approvals
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (CDM) and company standards
- Maintain excellent project reporting, communication, and documentation
- Drive delivery of sustainability targets including carbon reduction and social value goals
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Project or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing construction projects, including pre-construction stages
- Membership (or working towards) APM, RICS, CIOB or similar is desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of BIM and project management processes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
