Senior Contracts Manager
We are recruiting into our Driffield office a Senior Contracts Manager. You will lead the Contracts Management team and oversee the contractual aspects of modular building projects. Reporting into the Offsite Managing Director you’ll be part of the Senior Leadership Team for the Off-Site Sector, ensuring project scope, budget, and timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Contracts Management team
- Oversee production scope and coordinate with design, commercial, and delivery teams
- Shape strategy and drive performance as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple contracts
- Represent the production function in client meetings and internal reviews
- Identify and resolve risks and escalations effectively
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation
- Report on KPIs and operational performance to senior stakeholders
- Support factory capability development and resource planning
