Taking commercial ownership of a project, you’ll steer cost control, manage risks and opportunities, and manage a high-performing supply chain to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project commercial activities including cost planning, forecasting, procurement, and change management.
  • Maintain and report on project-wide commercial risk/opportunity registers.
  • Implement and manage cost, commercial, and supply chain strategies to achieve time, cost, quality, carbon, and social value targets.
  • Ensure accurate scopes and budgets, contract documentation, and performance management of suppliers.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a quantity surveying role within construction.
  • Experience in procurement, subcontractor management, and commercial negotiation.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards.
