Reds10 is an award-winning off-site construction company designing and delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings for the public sector with a focus on Defence accommodation, schools, healthcare and residential projects. We're looking for a talented BIM Manager to support our project teams, drive digital excellence, and champion our clients' BIM vision across multiple exciting projects.
As a BIM Manager at Reds10, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality digital asset information across several projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to Practical Completion. You will lead the information management function, uphold client BIM standards, and ensure seamless digital delivery throughout each project's lifecycle. You'll support teams in understanding and implementing requirements aligned with ISO 19650, deliver training, produce BIM documentation, and maintain robust data management practices to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
The successful candidate will manage, structure, and (where required) organise COBie datasets for construction projects, ensuring accurate asset, equipment, and space data is captured and validated to meet the project EIRs and support accurate handover to clients and FM teams.
Responsibilities- Manage BIM delivery across multiple projects
- Ensure all Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs) are upheld
- Lead project information management in line with ISO/BOPAS
- Oversee project data quality and identify areas for improvement
- Chair and participate in BIM meetings
- Collaborate with project teams on clash identification
- Develop and maintain BIM risk registers
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement
- Lead BIM training and knowledge sharing workshops
- Resolve information related issues
- Ensure permissions, security protocols, and digital governance are met
- Provide ongoing BIM support across the project lifecycle
- Support tender submissions with the bid team
- Proficiency in Solibri, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to implement new technologies within BIM processes
- Confident in chairing meetings and presenting to project teams
- Composed under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive, goal oriented mindset and passion for digital innovation
- Degree level qualification (Level 6 or equivalent) in a construction field – desirable
