At Reds10 we’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to play a vital role within our Supply Chain Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who will enjoy working with suppliers, analysing data and supporting continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Reds10 is the leading innovator in off-site construction, delivering cutting-edge, sustainable buildings in the education, defence, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. This is a new role in our manufacturing facility in Driffield.
As Supply Chain Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Supply Chain Manager with the management of suppliers and helping to ensure a compliant, safe and well‑valued supply chain. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and cross‑functional teams, you’ll help maintain accurate data, support supplier performance management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and maximise efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supply chain data, documentation and insurance records, ensuring systems remain compliant and act as a single source of truth
- Support and deliver supplier performance meetings, highlighting successes, risks and improvement areas
- Review supplier payment troubleshooting forms and identify root causes
- Produce meeting minutes and drive actions across multiple stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports on supply chain performance
- Providing compliance administration in line with the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Supporting action plans for underperforming suppliers and monitoring progress
- Helping maintain supply chain standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Contributing to ISO accreditations, audits and inspections
- Providing regular data on supplier performance trends
- Experience or knowledge in supply chain engagement, subcontractor coordination or procurement support will be a benefit
- A proactive problem‑solver who can review, challenge and improve existing processes
- A strong team player who understands the value of collaboration
- Willingness to travel when required
- Ability to gather and analyse data
